The Memory Index is an online self-assessment of memory performance across four dimensions, plus an optional paid report. It is intended for personal, educational and informational use by adults.
It is not a medical device, a clinical assessment, or a diagnosis of any condition. It cannot detect, rule out or predict dementia or any other illness. Do not use it to make medical, employment or legal decisions. If you have concerns about your memory, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Results depend on your device, screen, attention and conditions at the time of testing. Results are descriptive and can vary between attempts. Performance bands summarise accuracy on this task set; they are not age-adjusted population norms or clinical scores.
The Memory Index Report costs €9.99 as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your report becomes available immediately after successful payment.
By purchasing, you ask us to deliver the digital report immediately. Our refund terms are set out on the refund policy page.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, resell reports, or reproduce the assessment content. The assessment tasks, report format, branding and site content remain our property.
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase.
