The Memory Index is an independent educational assessment designed to help people explore performance across four memory-task categories.

It uses a consistent set of 20 brief tasks, controlled presentation timings, and a simple accuracy-based scoring method. The aim is to make the process understandable as well as accessible.

The task formats are informed by established cognitive psychology, while the assessment itself is not clinically validated or backed by age-adjusted population norms. The methodology and limitations are published openly.

The Memory Index is designed for personal insight, educational exploration, and longitudinal self-tracking. Our assessments are not clinical diagnostic tools and do not replace professional psychological evaluation.
