We want you to feel the report was worth what you paid. If it wasn't, we will refund you.
Ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full €9.99. You do not need to give a reason, and you can keep the report you downloaded.
Email support@memoryindex.org from the address you used at checkout, with the subject line "Refund". Include your assessment ID if you have it — it appears on your results page and on your report.
We process refund requests within two business days. Once processed, the money returns to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
Digital content bought online normally carries a 14-day right of withdrawal, which you waive by asking for immediate delivery of the report. Our 7-day no-questions-asked refund is offered in addition to your statutory rights, and we will honour a valid statutory withdrawal request where it applies.
If your report did not download, arrived incomplete, or shows the wrong name, contact us and we will fix and resend it at no cost — that is usually faster than a refund.
